We opened our first restaurant 9 years ago in Sumatra Florida in the heart of the natural forest. Roger and Kim along with their son Zack decided to bring their great seafood along with country cooking back to their home town of Wakulla and Eastpoint on the Apalachicola Bay. Joe Mama's Wood Fired Kitchen is a second generation family and veteran owned restaurant. We opened in 2009 in Port St. Joe, which was the inspiration for the name.
