At the 2025 Summer Reading Program, teens take time for art on Monday, June 30 with a teen art workshop – Graffiti Name Fence – at 2:30 PM at the Carrabelle and Eastpoint Branch Libraries. At this creative workshop, teens will design their own graffiti name fence using craft sticks. Sponsored by the Friends of the Franklin County Public Libraries, the Summer Reading Program features imaginative activities for all ages. All library programs are free with all materials provided and open to the public with no library card required.
