Oyster City Brewing Company was founded in 2014 by Cassie Gary, Susan Gary, Rex Humphries and Bo Walker. Cassie,

Susan and Rex, owners of Apalachicola’s Owl Cafe & Tap Room, have long shared a passion for fine wine and craft beer.

Combine that with Bo’s experience in the brewing industry, and you have the recipe for a dedicated, ambitious craft brewery.

Seeds planted through years of experimentation and small-batch tinkering have borne fruit in the form of three unique brews

Mr. Madson is a 3rd generation Floridian and former prosecutor with the State Attorney for the 9th Judicial Circuit of Florida. For the last 25 years his practice has focused primarily on Administrative Law to include Workers’ Compensation, Insurance and Regulatory matters during which time he has exclusively represented businesses. He also regularly represents PEOs before the Board of Employee Leasing in Florida with respect to licensing and disciplinary matters and he also assists PEOs with licensing and regulatory matters in other states around the country.

Licensed to Practice: Mr. Madson has been licensed to practice in Florida since 1989.

Education: University of Florida (A.A. in 1984); Florida International University (B.A. in International Relations in 1984); University of Miami (Board & Gavel Society; Juris Doctor in 1988); St Edmunds College, Oxford University 1987.
