This position will play a vital role in providing fast and friendly transactions to our members in person, via phone and through the mail. This position will also answer members’ questions regarding Credit Union services and actively cross-sell other products and services. Teller – Duties And Responsibilities:
Recording transactions, which involves logging checks and preparing transaction reports
Counting and packaging currency
Assisting members with electronic services
Reconciling cash drawers
Opening new accounts and helping with loan applications
Promoting the credit union’s products and services
Keeping customers’ personal information confidential
Communicating with other credit union team members
Teller – Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Previous cash handling experience required
