History of Glass Trade Beads 

This talk will be about the important role glass trade beads played in trade with peoples world-wide from the beginning of the 17^th century through the 19^th century. Kermit  will discuss the how, when and where the beads were manufactured. He will have beads representing all the methods used in making them and discuss why many of them are so collectable.
