● Artists will be painting around the working waterfront in Eastpoint and Thomas Jefferson Kitts will be the featured artist at this reception. Come meet the Thomas and the other artists and see their work! The reception is held on the back deck at Lynn’s Quality Oysters, overlooking the bay. Artists will have their work on display, and be ready to discuss.
