Basket Class 101

Whether it is your first foray into weaving or not, this a fun class to make a few trivets and play with English willow to practice basic techniques. Class participants will make two trivets and two bird feeders. Beth Allman has been weaving for over 40 years. Largely self-taught, she loves the interplay of color to make each basket unique.

$85 per student – The basket frame & weaving materials are included

Materials needed: old towel, garden bucket or dishpan, awl or skewer.

Students are advised to bring something to drink – lunch will be provided
