Fran's dedication to her clients' well-being is evident in her attentive and personalized approach. Thoughts and emotions can significantly impact our physical state. When we think about stressful experiences, our body can react as if we are reliving those moments, tensing up and producing stress hormones. Conversely, when we focus on positive memories or learn to be mindful in the moment, our body responds with feelings of love, gratitude, and pleasure and the client obtains emotional intelligence.  Relaxation training, breathing awareness, TFT and heart-base biofeedback are just some of the tools she offers for the greatest impact on your mind-body health. The goal is to assist you to become aware of how your reaction to stress (an outdated coping mechanism) is actually perpetuating more stress and dis-ease. Her comprehensive wellness protocols address a wide range of issues, including stress-related symptoms (headaches, high blood pressure, GI issues, auto-immune disorders), limiting beliefs, chronic pain, anxiety, addictive urges, retirement issues and oncology support. Fran recognizes that many people are never taught how to truly relax or understand its benefits. Through her coaching, she has seen firsthand the struggle and resistance to the concept of relaxation. This inspired her to develop an assisted relaxation treatment. By incorporating sound & vibrational therapy, the power of prayer/intention setting, and other self-guided tools, Fran helps clients release bodily tension, clear emotional blockages and discover a calmer, more relaxed, harmonized version of themselves. Sound & Vibrational healing aims to restore these frequencies to their natural state of harmony. Ancient healing traditions hold that all matter in life vibrates at specific frequencies, including the cells in our bodies. These frequencies can fall "out of tune" due to emotional or energetic blockages. When this happens, it can lead to physical and emotional health issues.
