We’re excited to begin a new chapter at Scipio Creek and, most importantly, become part of this incredible community.

Apalachicola Marina Inc.

Apalachicola Marina is a popular stop for transient boats. The docks can accommodate large vessels. They also serve commercial fishing boats and local recreational boaters. Apalachicola Marina is open Monday-Saturday 7:30 am-5:30 pm, and Sunday 1:30-5:00pm.

Apalachicola Boat Slips

Constructed in 2009, slips can accommodate vessels up to 45 feet in beam. Each slip has it's own 30-amp shore power outlet (two slips have 50-amp). There is a pump-out station for holding tanks. For the use of our guests, there are mens and ladies rooms with warm showers. Also, private laundry facility with washer and dryer. While on property, visit to Up the Creek Raw Bar for fresh seafood and a full bar.

All this within 2 blocks from downtown Apalachicola shopping.

Water Street Hotel & Marina

Apalachicola’s only all-suite Hotel and Marina that features 1-2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, a living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer-dryer, a private screened veranda overlooking both Scipio Creek and the Apalachicola River, and an outdoor pool.
