Bring the whole family to Sandy Shores! If you're looking for a private island retreat this beautifully decorated house with 5 bedrooms each with an on suite bathroom. First Floor: 3 bedrooms 2 king 1 queen each with their own bathroom Second Floor: Open Living Space 1 queen bedroom and bathroom Third Floor: Kids room daybed bunk bed and bathroom This house has a screened private pool (heated for a fee), elevator, enclosed outdoor shower for easy beach cleanup, fish cleaning station, charcoal grill and tons of outdoor seating all with a 3 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen has an open floor plan and is fully stocked to cook for the whole family. There is a nice screened in dining area off the main living area and large outdoor deck off the lower bedroom level with a couch, chairs and a table great for hanging out. We have games for both kids and adults and an assortment of books and movies for both quiet and family time. It is located in a quiet area, only minutes to restaurants, shopping and the St. George Island light house.

Welcome to "A B SEA" this beautiful 5 bedroom 5 bathroom home located in the gated community of the St. George Plantation. Boasting a private pool, screened decks, and an elevator making your stay an experience to remember. The exterior of this home features a private pool, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, a fish cleaning station, under-house parking, and screened area for outdoor dining. The foyer on the ground level features an elevator and stair well leads to the floors above. The first floor features a secondary sitting area with a TV, ice maker, mini-fridge, and access to the deck. The first floor also contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom. The second floor features the open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen features stainless appliances, plenty of cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. The living area features comfortable seating, a fire place, and a TV. The dining table seats 8 guests with additional seating for 4 at the bar. The remaining two bedrooms and bathrooms are located on this floor. The master suite features a large en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and soaker tub. The second bedroom features a triple bunkbed with a shared bathroom. Both floors feature decks to enjoy the coastal breezes. AMENITIES:Well equipped kitchen with granite tile countertops and stainless appliances, elevator, gas fireplace, hardwood floors throughout main living areas, separate living room with wet bar with sink, stand-alone icemaker, mini fridge and microwave, TVs in every bedroom and both living rooms, covered porches, private pool, ground level screened room with gas grill, outdoor dining, fish cleaning station with sink, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower and under-house concrete parking.
