Central AC, reverse osmosis drinking water, entire home water treatment system is fully filtered. Note: Ships ladder to loft bedroom ads and extra feature for a family, kids get to have their own space away from the adults. *Massage services are on site Tuesday through Saturday, no worries there is a separate entrance in a connected but separated space in rear of the property you will barely notice. Renters will park on road parallel, clients in driveway.

Entire home with a fenced in yard. 100 X 100 lot. 1500 sq. ft. home. Cooking available, Large refrigerator/freezer great for fishermen, laundry on site.
Other things to note
I have a respect for the Indian/Asian cultures in taking off shoes in the house. A nice practice for leaving the outside, outside and keeping the sand spurs out! The entire home is filtered with Coastal water system. It cycles daily so a change in water pressure can occur late in the day.
