Our staff share a passion for food, people and presentation. From our staff of event supervisors to our excellent chefs, bartenders and service staff, our passion to serve you is the key to making your event memorable! Our team is directed by our Executive Chef and Owner, Justin Chirico’s. Chef Justin received his formal culinary training at the premier Johnson & Wales, in 1995 and has since directed his career as Executive Chef under the supervision of master chefs from Florida and South Carolina.
Our company is fully licensed and insured and all of our kitchen staff is ServSafe™️ food handler certified.
