The menu changes with the seasons, offering delicious food and unexpected but incredibly pleasing flavor combinations, unlike any other restaurant along the Forgotten Coast. We proudly support local, organic, natural and sustainable practices whenever possible.
Our name is a tribute to the Gibson Inn’s rich history—the hotel’s original restaurant was called The Franklin Cafe when it was first opened in 1907.
