The Longest Day

The Forgotten Coast Parrot Head Club will be hosting an event to raise awareness and funds to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. The day will begin at 8 a.m. with a 5K Phun Walk/Run. At 9:30 we will have YOGA Beach “Cool Down!” At 11:00 a.m., we will be having a “Fins Up!” Beach Volleyball Tournament. The day will conclude with an “It’s 5 O’clock Somewhere” party at Doc Myer’s Island Pub and Sports Bar. This starts at 5 p.m. and will include the music of Jimmy Buffett by “Bwana Ray.” We will have a $10 Low Country Boil, a Silent auction, a 50/50 Raffle, giveaways, and so much more!
