St. George Island Lighting of the Palms

Come join us for an amazing event to include the Lighting of the Palms at dusk! Watch the island light up for our Christmas Season!
We will have face painting and crafts, hot dogs, cookies, drinks – AND a visit from Santa will include a gift and a book for all children!
Participating Businesses will be having Super Santa Sales starting on Thursday, December 5th through Sunday, December 8th!
Join us with your golf cart for the Santa’s Lighted Golf Cart Parade on St. George Island. Decorate and light up your carts for this festive event.
The route will begin at 37 E Pine Ave and proceed west to Franklin Blvd, turning South on Franklin then east on Gulf Beach,before turning north on Franklin blvd and back west on Pine Ave. There will be two loops on Franklin before Santa disembarks at the Lighthouse Park.
Line up starts at 4:30.
Please: no throws, candies, etc. from the golf carts.
