$120 per person $60 without wine plus gratuity & tax
Please arrive between 5:45- 6:15 p.m. Dinner will start @ 6:30 p.m.
Meet & greet cocktail: Limoncello Spritz (Limoncello liquor, vodka, fresh squeezed lemon juice & soda)
1st Course: Chilled octopus & roasted red pepper appetizer with a ghost pepper vinaigrette, with a grilled crostini & “lil Moo” cheese spread
Wine: “IL MELOGRANO” Varietal: Nero di Troia Vintage: 2017
2nd Course: Ribollita- Chef Brett’s Tuscany soup Wine: “QUADRELLO IGT DAUNIA” Varietal: Bombino Bianco Vintage: 2017
3rd Course: Roasted eggplant, Roma & yellow tomato bruschetta finished with an olive tapenade vinaigrette
