Beaded Friendship Bracelets. Celebrate “National Friendship Day” by crafting your own beaded friendship bracelets at the Franklin County Public Library.  Grab your pals and come to your library to make a memory that will last a lifetime!

This program is free and open to the public; supplies will be provided.  Available at both the Carrabelle and Eastpoint branches.
