Newly constructed in 2009, slips can accommodate vessels up to 45 feet in beam. Each slip has it's own 30-amp shore power outlet (two slips have 50-amp). There is a pump-out station for holding tanks and a boat ramp. For the exclusive use of our guests, there are sparkling clean mens and ladies rooms with warm showers. Also, private laundry facility with washer and dryer. Also home to Water Street Loft, vacation apartment that sleeps 8 and Gallery 75, with art by Charles Chapin.
