Second Annual Oyster Cook Off a Big Success

Apalachicola's second annual Oyster CookOff was a huge success.  Tons of oysters- raw, steamed, baked, smoked, fried and oyster stew -were served and consumed all day long. Jeff & Caroline Ilardi took the title with their dish Tupelo Oysters, oyster marinated in all local tupelo honey, kuwquats and hot peppers.  Congratulations.  Oyster are their best this time of year.
