The Turpentine house is located in the gated community of prestigious St. George Plantation. It is a beautiful secluded house with an unobstructed view of the bay. It is an ideal accommodation for families, couples and fishing fun. Completely renovated in 2006, this one-level home has a boat dock, including a boat lift with deep water access. The spacious living area provides lots of couches and chaise lounges for relaxing, reading or just looking at the pristine waters of beautiful Apalachicola Bay. Both of the bedrooms have private, full baths and access to the bayside deck. Outside you will find ample paved parking beneath the house. The outside shower and dressing area boasts hot water and makes rinsing off convenient after a day of fun on the beach or the bay. Your well behaved pets are welcome with $150.00 non-refundable pet deposit. 3 night says available during off season for $900 and additional nights may be added for $300. Monthly rentals $2700 November-March.
