For Something Different: We also manage an efficiency appartment on the water. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony and watch the eagles soar over the nearby island. Toss a line in the water or try your luck with a cast net from the dock.

Your room is tastefully decorated in period antiques, carefully selected to give you the escape to the past that fits your mood: Romantic, dreamy, rich in tradition and history. Each room has a private modern bath. Cable TV & video player in all rooms. The house is equipped with central heat and air for your quite comfort.

Enjoy our rose garden, sit under the arbor next to the fountain and fish pond, relax on our wood and deck patio under the 150 yr old magnolia. If you sit quietly, you may notice the hummingbirds as they dart among the flowers, or discover our turtles among the fallen magnolia leaves. Read a book, or just relish the peace and quiet.
Wake up to a great German style breakfast of fresh rolls and bread, an assortment of hams and sausages, a selection of cheeses, homemade jams, fresh honey, juice, a boiled egg, and rich freshly brewed European coffee. Our breakfasts are prepared with the diabetic in mind. We have homemade jams are made with fructose, Nutrasweet, or other diabetic tolerant sweeteners. We understand the specific requirement for diabetic individuals and will cater to your specific needs.

For the early bird fisherman, we can pack sandwiches instead of our sit-down breakfast.---just let us know.

Fall in love with your furnishings? Our unique antique findings will form an excellent addition to your personal collection, and may be purchased to become your permanent remembrance of your special stay. Regretably, some of our more unique items are not for sale at the present time, but you can check back with us to see what special items we have added to stock. You may find our unique setting gives you the decorating ideas that you have been looking for.

Our normal room prices are $87-$249. Some weekends we may require a two day minimum and a surcharge. All prices subject to change without notice. We have a minimum 48hr cancellation policy. Any cancellation after to 3pm the second day prior to arrival will result in a charge for the first night stay at the single night rate. For holiday weekends (3 day weekends) this cancellation policy extends to 7 days.
