This unique 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1600 square foot condo is considered first floor but has 16 steps to front door (building is on concrete piers). Located just 2 miles from the center of historic downtown Apalachicola on Apalachicola Bay. Plenty of parking at the rear of the property.
Fully stocked kitchen with large island, bar stools arranged for quick meals, easy entertaining or meal prep.
All bedding, linens and towels are plush and comfortable. Master bedroom has a memory foam king size bed. The master bathroom has a large tiled shower and double sink vanity. The second bathroom is a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 and #3 have Queen size beds. The unit has large closets with lighting and plenty of storage. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Cable and WiFi provided if you must stay connected. Ceiling fans in every room and the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. You should find everything you need, blow dryers, iron/ironing board…..
A private covered balcony overlooking the bay, a favorite spot for a cup of coffee or libation while watching the pelicans glide over the tree tops. The side covered deck is HUGE and equipped for perfect propane grill outs. It is also a quiet spot to sit, lounge, nap, or read a book with the cool bay breeze.
The building is equiped with dusk to dawn lighting. Plenty of room for parking, bring your boat, RV, motorcycles, etc…. and there is a hose provided to wash the salt away.
For additional adventure, we have wonderful friends who are Boat Captains and familiar with these waters. You can schedule an eco tour up the river, the bay or the gulf for an unforgettable dolphin excursion. You can also schedule an off-shore fishing trip that will give you bragging rights for catching that “Big One”. Scheduling and pricing is available in our visitor’s guide for your convenience.
You will also find the most wonderful fresh seafood here at our local restaurants. The town is friendly and everyone wears an easy smile. So come on down, treat yourself! You deserve some time in PARADISE!! Are you packed yet?
This building is also perfect for large gatherings, reunions, wedding parties, etc…. because the 2nd floor unit (vrbo 909150, Pelican Watch) also sleeps 6 adults with the same floor plan.
