We are a brand new company based out of Apalachicola FL, serving the Forgotten Coast. We have one goal, and that is to make your life easier! Our target client is a homeowner who needs help, either ongoing or on an as-needed basis. We will gladly discuss our ability to help you with virtually anything, but a few examples of what we offer are below:
Provide a “wellness check” on your property when you are out of town, ensuring your peace of mind. Examples include but are not limited to checking windows, toilets, water sources, security system, etc…
- Start/drive your golf cart to ensure tires stay inflated, battery charged, etc…
- Ensure bike tires are inflated
- Water plants inside/outside
- Feed/walk pets
- Accept deliveries
- Removal/disposal of appliances and other “large” items
- Physically be there for utility/cable service
- Help in securing any needed contractors/repair persons. Example, if we notice a running toilet, after contacting you we could find a plumber to make the repair
- Provide “home opening” services prior to your return, such as turn on pool heat, general cleaning inside and out, etc.
We can also provide many additional services, such as airport pick-up, grocery shopping, and numerous other customizable services.
