Broker/Owner Carol Ann William has been in the Real Estate business for 38 years, starting out at Bayside Villas on the Ochlockonee River, where she was a draft woman, interior designer and real estate sales associate. Then moving to Florida Coastal Properties, at Shell Point Beach, which later became a Century 21 office, while spending 16 years there, she enjoyed showing many properties with a Balcony view, she was top producer for 9 years. Coastal Gem Real Estate opened in St. George Island and Carrabelle in 2000. Branch offices changed from St. James, Tallahassee and Crawfordville. During the recession Coastal Gem Real Estate never closed and Carol Ann was blessed to able to take care of her mother and work from their home in Crawfordville. Upon Marrying Jeff Vonier, Carol Ann moved her Mother and her Real Estate Business to her wonderful new home in Sumatra, Fl. around the NW corner of Franklin County. Just this year she has opened a Branch Office at 335 Hwy 98in Eastpoint. She is looking forward to growing her business with more associates from this area. She loves the people of Eastpoint, she has been spending time getting to know new people, while enjoying  old ones, as they pass through on their way to the Beach or Apalachicola to shop and eat delicious Seafood.

Taking care of Carrabelle and east of there is our Super Associate: Capt. Chester Reese is proud to be a Real Estate professional in Florida for 23 years. Both serving as a Sales Associate and a Rental Manager he has gained great experience in all phases of the industry. While in the Florida Keys he listed and sold properties ranging from small to large with million dollar property sales to his credit. Here in Franklin County his knowledge of the area and construction background offers our clients a full understanding of the inventory. A graduate of Florida State University and licensed USCG Captain, Chester knows the area and its wonderful hidden gems such as Dog Island.
